When we first get in touch, we map out your needs as detailed as possible and start preparing our upcoming consultation and the business review. If you already have a website, we also make an initial assessment of both its structure and content.
The second step in our process is getting to know you, your business, and your customers. We closely review your business and processes. We aim to see things from your perspective and that of your customers.
Not only are we building you a website, we’re also building a tool, a service, an extension of your core business.
After the consultation, we’ll combine both your requirements and our suggestions on how the website can better meet your needs to help your business grow. Of course, there’s the possibility of adjustments before we agree on the site to be built.
Once the content has been delivered and organized, the actual building process of your site begins. We use Webflow as our main building platform, which also provides a basic and user-friendly editor that enables you to modify the basic content yourself.
Before we launch your website we run everything by you and, if needed, make some last modifications. This is also the documentation phase where we prepare a manual and technical overview for your project.
Finally we launch the website and go live. We provide you with all documents and necessary training so you are able to easily and comfortably manage most of the basic content yourself.
This, however, does not signify the end of our journey. Even after the go-live, we are keen to help you with future inquiries.
